The current real estate market is normalizing. In comparison to the past couple of years, there is much more inventory available for showing. Industry wide, we are seeing price reductions on a daily basis. This is why it is so important to list your home at an appropriate price.
Although rates have increased slightly, the increase in inventory has prompted sellers to offer more concessions. We are saying goodbye (for now) to crazy bidding wars and homes selling significantly over asking due to a change in supply and demand.
